Year 10 Work Experience
Year 10 work experience started this Monday the 22nd and runs until next Friday. Our students are headed out into the world to learn what it’s like to have a job – and hopefully gain some meaningful connections and life skills along the way. A massive thank you to the students, many parents, and the Yr. 10 teachers here at the College who were instrumental in setting up the placements. Many of our students have exhibited great dedication and some real courage in securing their placement.
Be sure to ask your Year 10 student about what they’ve been up to!
Pictured is Joe Harding, who will be away for the two weeks, but got a head start on work experience at Smoosh Workstations over the holidays. Joe had a great time and impressed his employers with his dedication and effort.
Kind regards,
