Grade 3-6 House Sports

Congratulations to the students I Moneghetti-Dungalaba House for winning this years Athletics carnival. The weather was perfect and the competition fierce. All the students did an amazing job earning points towards their house totals. Thank you to all the parents, care-givers, family members and staff that all helped make this day a huge success.

1st Moneghetti-Dungalaba, 2nd Blackburn-Kadak, 3rd Maher-Kanyul and 4th Cook-Kawirr.

Regional Swimming

Congratulations and good luck to Matt R and Charlotte R who will compete in the SSV Regional Swimming Championships held in Horsham on Friday 22nd May. Charlotte will compete in the Breaststroke and Matt in Freestyle.

Midlands Primary School Encouragement Swimming Sports

Congratulations to Hudson O and Ollie T who competed in the swimming event at the Ballarat Aquatic centre. Both boys competed in both Freestyle and Backstroke events and enjoyed the competition. They were very very please with their results. Well done.

District Athletics – Llanberris

We have our largest team ever representing Delacombe PS at the District Athletics Carnival held at Llanberris reserve on Monday 25th March. Good luck to all our competitors and we look forward to hearing about the results next week. 

Tag On

Cook-Kawirr is currently leading the Tag On with 66 points this month. While the weather is fine lets encourage our students to actively travel to school. If your child hasn’t received a tag then see the PE teachers before or after school.
