Thank you to all the families that supported the Easter Raffle. We raised just over $3000. These funds will go towards the connecting of the water tanks. The raffle was drawn at the Harmony Day assembly. The winners are:

Thank you again for your support, and especially to the office staff for their management of the raffle.
Thank you to our parents that attended school for Parent/Teacher Interviews earlier in the week. It was lovely to see so many parents at school over the two days. I trust the interviews were informative and helpful about your child and children, and their progress so far this year. Our next interviews will be towards the end of Term 3. These will be online via WebEx.
We are expecting work on two new shade sail structures to commence over the holidays. One will be between the library and Whites Lane, and will provide and outdoor learning space in the area. The other will be between the STEM room and prep classrooms. This area will provide shade for parents waiting to pick up, and also for students to play under at break times. The junior playground will also have sails installed. We may have to wait a few weeks until the project is completed but when it does the structures will be great addition to our school.
Thank you to our parents who have made a generous contribution to the Parents' Association. It will go a long way towards supporting the PA and developing a sense of community, social connections and fun between children and families. The PA will / has used the funds towards :
Thank you!
Well done to all of our students who participated in the Cross Country event earlier in the week. It is always great to see our students participate in these events and give them an opportunity to develop their sporting skills, and a chance to succeed as well. Thank you to our PE staff Nicole Purcell, Rosie Gillespie, Anita Woon, and an especially big thanks to Renee Drury for organising this event, as well as to all the teachers that helped to make the day successful as well.
Term 2 commences at 8:50am on Monday 15th April. I wish everyone a safe and happy end of Term 1 break. Look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Monday 15th April.
