Year 8 Camp

At the Year 8 Summit Camp, we participated in many activities such as the Flying Fox, Laser Skirmish, Inflatable City, Abseiling, Summit Window, Leap of Faith and a Snowy River challenge. During the Leap of Faith, the coaches helped me through my nerves through their super inclusive and encouraging attitude. They were amazing and fun to work with, especially when pushing us to challenge and meet our goals and boundaries. A real highlight was the Mud Run, which was lots of fun because of the team building and collaboration within our GOAL group. It was fantastic to make new connections within our group, and it was also good exercise. I definitely encourage future Year 8s to try everything and attend the camp.
