From the Principal's desk

I look forward to hearing all about the Year 3/4 Camp to Swan Hill this week. I would like to thank Rob Smith, Georgie Cleary, Brittany, Bella and Billy for attending the camp and helping provide a memorable experience for our students.

2025 Prep Enrolments

Enrolments for 2025 need to be finalised to allow us to start planning for 2025. If you are a

current family with a child at Numurkah PS who will commence Prep in 2025 please pick up an enrolment pack from the office and return as soon as possible.

If you know of anyone looking to enrol at Numurkah PS for 2025 or still undecided, please encourage them to give the office a call or come in for a chat and a tour of the school.

SunSmart

In-line with our SunSmart policy, all students must wear a broadbrim or bucket hat when outside during Terms 1 and 4. School hats are available from SPORTF1RST to purchase. Students who do not have a hat will need to stay under the shade at recess and lunch times.

Child safety and wellbeing at Numurkah Primary School: information for families and the school community

Numurkah Primary School is committed to providing an environment where students are safe and feel safe.

Our child safety framework includes policies, codes and procedures that explain how we support and maintain the safety and wellbeing of our students and protect them from harm. These documents are available on our website: Numurkah PS

We are also committed to continuous improvement of our child safety framework. We are currently reviewing our child safety policies and practices to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.

Our students and families are important partners in this process. We welcome your feedback or ideas on ways we can improve our approach to child safety and wellbeing.

If you have any suggestions or comments, please call into the office or contact Stacey Willaton at numurkah.ps@education.vic.gov.au
