Aussie Bird Count 2024

The Gr 3/4 class were very busy in the lead up to the 2024 Aussie Bird Count. We first learnt how to identify some of our most common birds for our area and some tips for being a successful birdwatching group. We conducted two 20 minute bird counts and I was very impressed with the increased level of knowledge and enthusiasm. It is also a great way to practise mindfulness in nature!
