What is resilience?
Resilience is the ability to cope with challenges or changes in your life.

Dealing with hardships and still holding your head up
Giving things a go or trying your best
Being strong on the inside
Being able to cope with what life throws at you
Standing up for yourself
We are pleased to announce that we have confirmed that the following professionals will be presenting on the day.
Thoa Lam (Child Psychologist)
Raquel Holmes (Behavioural Therapist)
Andy Moreton (Victoria Community Police Program)
The program for the day will be as follows:
2:30 - 3:30 Parent Information Session
3:40 - 4:40 Family resilience activities
Our family resilience activities will be presented by our student and teacher wellbeing teams. This activity will be held in the gym.
