Happy Property Manager's Day 

Property Managers Day was recognised across our offices nationwide, pulling out all the stops to celebrate their invaluable property managers. FN Pinnacle (Royal Oak) put on a morning tea, while FN Gore marked the day by surprising their MRL Team with thoughtful gifts, recognising their dedication and hard work. Alliance partners Stats, also joined in the celebrations, extending their best wishes to property managers on this special day.

Olivia Atkins, turned Gary's 60th into a surprise party at the Waitakere RSA! Family members flew in from overseas to join in the celebrations, making it an epic party for Gary Atkins, principal of FN Waitakere.

Good Things Take Time

They say good things take time! This is especially true in the world of real estate, where patience and perseverance can make all the difference. Christine Pryde's recent experience with a house that took over 300 days to sell is a testament to this truth.

The journey began with high hopes and two previous offers that, unfortunately, fell through due to the purchasers sales not going through, making the waiting game a daunting process for all parties involved.

Christine’s resilience and unwavering faith were crucial in navigating this prolonged process. Understanding that it's not personal, but about finding the right buyer, she maintained her positivity and dedication. She was thankful that the vendor had understanding and patience, knowing that the right buyer would eventually walk through the open home and fall in love with the property.

After this long wait, the right buyer emerged, and the sale was completed. The celebration was well-deserved, with a toast or two to mark the end of a challenging yet rewarding journey.

Lisa feels like she’s living her dream life, following her passions for real estate and photography, while raising a family in her hometown of Gore. Lisa loves being a part of the Gore community and all it has to offer, including any opportunity to support her daughter’s schools, Muriwai College and West Gore School. 

Renee Ekdahl - FN Collective (New Plymouth), 

With three years experience in the real estate industry, Renee Ekdahl, salesperson is determined and results driven, with a natural focus on customer service and client satisfaction. Renee was born and raised in Taranaki giving her home-grown knowledge on the magnificent landscape Taranaki has to offer for both new and existing homeowners.
