Biolab Excursion

Last week, our Grade 5/6 students headed to Geelong to visit Biolab STEM Centre. While there, students were immersed in a range of STEM based activities which focused on how Science and Mathematics are used within the sporting world. Students participated in sessions focused on reaction time, decimals, sweat and the skin. Students enjoyed using a range of state-of-the-art technology including thermal cameras, digital microscopes and reaction lights. An amazing time was had by all and we’re all looking forward to our next visit.
