Payment of School Charges

Thank you for your ongoing financial support 

As the year comes to an end we would like to thank our families for their ongoing financial support through payment of the 2024 school charges, contributions and donations to the Thrive Fund.   In 2024 a near 80% of our families have paid their Common Program fees, with more continuing to make payment this month. Further to this, we have generously received over $200,000 from our families across the four varying Thrive Funds; Empower, Build, Inspire and Innovate. The financial support we receive from our families is one of the key factors underlying the success and quality of our wide-ranging academic and co-curricular programs, of which we would not otherwise be able to support based on Government funding alone.  

With the 2025 Course Confirmation process now complete for students, we request families to support us again by making payment of the 2025 school charges, contributions and donations. Families are requested to review the 2025 charges and contributions and make payment by this Friday 29 November in full or by one of the three instalment options on Compass.  

Payment can made on Compass via the ‘Payment Centre’ now for 2024 and 2025 charges:  

STEP 1: Access the Compass Portal, enter this link into web browser: https://nhs-vic.compass.education/Login.aspx 

STEP 2: Login to the Compass Portal using your family Compass ID and Password 

STEP 3: Once in the Compass Portal, click ‘Payment Centre’ 

STEP 4: Follow the Compass instructions to make Payment in full or via one of the 3 instalment options   Please note: 2025 ‘Variable Program’ Fees for students in Years 9-12 are payable in February 2025 once the course selection change process is finalised. Families will receive communication via Compass when these fees are finalised and available to pay.
