CELEBRATING OUR 2025 SCHOOL LEADERS

We are thrilled to introduce our 2025 school leaders!

This exceptional group of students stepped up to the challenge of writing and delivering inspiring speeches as part of their application process. We are incredibly proud of every student who tried out for a leadership role. Their courage and enthusiasm reflect the spirit of our school community.

Congratulations to our newly appointed leaders; we look forward to an exciting year ahead, filled with their ideas, energy, and commitment to making our school the best it can be!

PARENT HELPERS THANK YOU

We warmly invite all our wonderful parent helpers to join us for a special morning tea on Tuesday, 10th December, in the staffroom from 10.45 - 11.30.

This is our opportunity to thank you, our parents, for all of your incredible support, time, and effort you’ve given to our school community throughout the year.

YEAR 5 MAKER’S MARKET

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As part of the Year 5 How we organise ourselves unit of inquiry, the Year 5 students have organised a Makers Market on Thursday the 12th of December. Students have worked in small groups to create various products to sell at their stalls.

Some products the students are making and selling are: bracelets, keychains, painted coasters, painted rocks, Christmas cards, Christmas jars, crocheted animals, blind bags, origami stationary holders and more!

Prices will range from $1 to approximately $10, please do not bring any more than $15 with your child school.

Students will exchange their money for tokens before entering the market, so giving them an envelope or wallet might be helpful to keep their money safe.  All money raised from stalls will be donated to Foodbank https://www.foodbank.org.au/ as voted on by the Year 5 students.

END OF YEAR CONCERT

What an incredible way to wrap up the year with our sensational End of Year Concert! The students amazed us all with their wonderful singing and enthusiastic performances, showcasing their hard work and love for music.

A big thank you to Odette Strickland and Warwick Davies for their organisation and planning, which made the event run so smoothly. We appreciate the support of our families and congratulate all students on a wonderful performance.

MILGATE MIX-UPS

Today, we proudly celebrated our final Milgate Mix-Up event for 2024! Students spent an exciting afternoon in their groups, participating in relays, tackling a scavenger hunt, creating collaborative art pieces, and engaging in hands-on construction activities—all while cooling off with a refreshing Zooper Dooper on this warm day.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible Wellbeing Leaders—Violet, Rina, Katia, Ivana, Algren, and Matai—for designing such fun and meaningful activities that fostered connection and community across the school.

CANTEEN CLOSED | Fri 13 Dec
