Stage 3 Stanwell Tops Excursion 2025

Dear Parents

 

Our Stage 3 2025 recreation camp will take place at the Tops Conference Centre, Stanwell Park, from Tuesday, 17th June, to Friday, 20th June, at a cost of $574. This cost includes travel by bus, accommodation, meals (excluding morning tea on the first day) and activities. 

 

Students will experience a variety of activities designed to build confidence, resilience and cooperation, such as the giant swing, high ropes, leap of faith, rock climbing and abseiling. Transport to and from the venue will be by bus, leaving school at 6:00 am and returning by 5:00 pm. 

 

If you would like your child to attend, please pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 by Friday 14th February 2025 and provide consent. The excursion can be paid off in instalments, with the complete balance due by Tuesday 2nd June, 2025. Please note this excursion requires a minimum of 60 students to go ahead.

 

 

Year 6 Farewell 2024

 

Dear Parents/Caregivers

 

The traditional Year 6 Farewell Dinner will be held on Thursday 12th December, at Bathurst Panthers.

 

The night will commence at 5:45 pm and conclude at 8:30 pm. are asked to drop students directly at Bathurst Panthers at 5:45 pm, ready to sit down at 6:00 pm for their meal. We have booked the auditorium at Bathurst Panthers. The children will not be able to leave this designated room once they enter; bathroom facilities are available within the room.

 

The children will enjoy a sit-down meal, including Chicken Schnitzel and Penne Bolognese.  Dessert will be their graduation cake. Children with special dietary requirements will be catered for appropriately. Children will be given water.

Greer Films will record a memory video of the night and photos will be taken. These will be uploaded to a google drive for parents to access using a QR code.

 

Parents are invited in at 8:15pm for our special child/parent dance and the night will conclude at 8:30 pm. Parents are asked to collect their children from the auditorium.

 

The Year 6 Farewell Dinner is a special occasion for our students, and it is expected that students will behave and dress appropriately for this special night. Dress is smart casual.

 

The cost will be $45 per child.  Permission can be granted through the Parent Portal and any dietary requests entered in the questions below. Full payment is due by Friday, 6th December. This can be paid for online or at the front office.
