Scholastic Rewards
Every time you purchase from the Scholastic Book Club, the school earns Scholastic Rewards.

We then use the Rewards to purchase new books for our Classroom Libraries. Earlier this term, I recruited Ollie and Charlotte to give me the inside scoop on books that our students might like to read.
Together, we selected books such as 'Finding Bear', 'Super Sleuth' and 'Diary of a Future Billionaire'. These books will be available in class libraries for students to borrow as good fit books for independent reading and take home reading.

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who have offered to contact books. We have purchased new decodable books across the school - take home books and books for reading in class for fluency practice.
By contacting these books, we can prolong their life and ensure the books can be enjoyed for years to come.
As they are contacted, they are being put in classrooms to use.

There is already a supply of decodable readers in every class, and a huge library of decodables can be accessed through the Sunshine Online subscription. Students in Grades Foundation to Year 4 have a log in for this. It can be accessed via iPad or internet browser.
If you are unsure of your child's log in details, please speak to your child's teacher.
