F/1 Melbourne Museum Excursion

Our Grade F/1 students were lucky enough to go to the Melbourne Museum last week, where they got to see the Bugs Alive, Dinosaur Walk, Melbourne Story and My Grandmother's Toy Exhibits.

SSA Hockey

Yesterday saw our newly formed hockey team head off to Stead Park to compete against schools from the Geelong North Division. Our team has been training hard under the guidance of Rachel and Noah and I've been very impressed with their dedication, giving up so many lunch times to train. Hard work really does pay off with our team coming away with three wins out of their four games yesterday. They will now go on to play in the regional championships next term. Well done to all the team and a special thanks to Rachel and Noah for their help with lunchtime trainings. Thanks also to Mr Callaghan and Mr Beaton for transporting the students to and from the hockey and to Mr Beaton for supervising the team during the event. Go Ceres!
