Year 3 Science Showcase
Last week, our Year 3 students proudly became scientists as they showcased their learning about how heat moves and changes states of matter.
Through colourful posters and clear explanations, students demonstrated their understanding of conduction, convection, and radiation, using real-life examples to explain how heat transfers through different materials.
It was a joy to see their confidence, creativity, and use of scientific language as they shared their discoveries with our school community.
A big thank you to the families who visited classrooms to support and celebrate this wonderful learning experience.
Well done, Year 3!

Year 1 Community Showcase
Year 1 students recently impressed us with their knowledge and creativity as they shared their learning from their How We Organise Ourselves unit.
Throughout the term, they explored different types of communities, what makes a community safe and successful, and the features of managed, natural, and constructed places. They also learned about the importance of caring for the places and people around them.
To demonstrate their understanding, students worked collaboratively to plan, design, and build detailed models of their own thriving communities. Their designs showed thoughtful consideration of shared spaces, sustainability, and safety.
A huge thank you to the families who came along to celebrate and support the students’ fantastic work.
Well done, Year 1!
