Principal Message

Greetings From India,

I am delighted to share my experiences from the enriching week I have spent in Delhi, India, as a participant in the Department of Education Women in School Leadership Program. This incredible opportunity has allowed me to delve into comparative perspectives on education and immerse myself in India's National Education Plan.

My time in Delhi has been particularly inspiring as I have commenced collaborative work with Dr Jyoti Gupta the Principal of K.R Mangalam World School. Together, we are embarking on an action research project focusing on supportive and inclusive environments for students that foster empowerment. 

Exploring the vibrant education landscape of Delhi has provided valuable insights, and the cultural exchange has been a unique and enlightening experience. The Women in School Leadership Program continues is a platform for cross-cultural learning, fostering international collaboration to improve educational practices.

I am excited about the potential impact of our collaborative efforts on creating positive environments for student empowerment. I look forward to sharing more insights and lessons learned when I return.
