Visual Arts Term 4

Prep 

This term the Preps are looking at the Studio Habits of Mind (SHoM), Reflect - Question, Explain & Evaluate. They will continue to explore the studio, materials and tools through ArtPlay however there will be a focus for those students who are ready, to begin planning artworks for the art show this term.

Grade 1-6

This term the artists will be looking at the Studio Habits of Mind (SHoM), Reflect - Question, Explain & Evaluate. This will support the students as they look carefully at their artworks and prepare them for display during the art show in December. 

We will focus on creating WOW - Wonderful Original Works, but also learn about constructive feedback and how to work on applying this. The students will also look at how other artists display their works and they will consider this when completing and displaying their own work.
