Pim has been able to successfully organise himself in the morning and arrive at school on time, ready to learn in the classroom. FK | Izabela Lane | Love of Learning | Izabela has demonstrated a love of learning this week in the classroom. She has been trying her hardest in all her learning, concentrating when at her table and completing some amazing work. Well done, Izabela! |
1D | Maddie Kwast | Self-regulation | Maddie was able to identify the difference between a fixed and growth mindset and was able to create statements she could use when faced with challenges. She has become a regular contributor during our morning Circle Time, offering insightful contributions about ways we can manage our emotions. Keep up the wonderful work Maddie! |
1H | Darcey Dean | Creativity | Darcey has been working hard this term on her writing. Last week she wrote a creative story that included a range of text features to make her writing more interesting. Darcey made excellent spelling attempts and was able to read her writing back to correct her punctuation. Keep up the wonderful work Darcey! |
2P | Zac Colling | Perseverance | Zac has worked exceptionally hard to better his writing this semester. Taking his time, putting in extra effort and his enthusiasm have resulted in work that Zac should be very proud of! I cannot wait to see what you write next Zac! |
3M | 3M | Bravery and Teamwork | 3M showed great bravery last week while on camp, taking risks and stepping out of their comfort zones. This was evident when courageously attempting the Giant Swing and spending the night away from home. It was great to see everyone working together as a team demonstrating great encouragement and communication while embracing challenges. Congratulations 3M! |
4Z | Audrey Maulday | Kindness | Audrey may not always be the loudest in the room, but her acts of kindness speak volumes. She is always quick to lend a helping hand to her classmates, whether it's assisting with schoolwork, cheering up a friend who is feeling down, or simply sharing a warm smile. Your kindness does not go unnoticed Audrey, we’re very lucky to have such a compassionate class member in 4Z. |
5L | Chloe Gillard | Perseverance | Chloe is a delight to have in 5L and has impressed everyone this year with her incredible athletic abilities. Chloe has been persistent in her preparation for sport events and enthusiastically participates in all activities. We are especially proud of Chloe’s efforts at the Regional Athletics day this week.
