Love Your Library

This month we have been celebrating "Love Your Library" with displays and books along this theme - what's not to love about reading!

We also had a "Guess how many lollies in the jar" competition for Year 7 students and from the many entries received our winner was Milla (7F) with the closest guess at 262 (only one off the correct answer of 263) - well done Milla and we hope you enjoy your prize.

Library @Lunchtime

We have a range of activities for students to enjoy at lunchtimes this year which include 'Mindful Monday', Wednesday games (Chess & Uno) and Friday 'Book Bites Club'... see info below for more details on each and we hope to see lots of you participating soon.

Mindful Monday - a great start to the week for those looking for timeout from busy lunchtimes to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and use your creativity.  Activities include creating bookmarks, Easter cards, mindful colouring, crafts, and reading of course. (Note: no IT devices allowed during this time and quiet voices are encouraged at all times)

Wednesday Games - Chess and Uno are available for all to enjoy with tournaments planned for Term 2.

Friday Book Bites - join our 'Book Bites Club' and share your favourite books and authors with 'Book Biters'!  A chance to also have book reviews published and join the Victorian Premiers' Reading Challenge 2024.
