Merci à tous les élèves de Moriac. Quelle rentrée! 

Thank you to all Moriac students for a wonderful beginning of the year in French!

Our prep students have hit the ground running this year in French and have worked hard to learn how to say 'Hello, my name is ...' (Bonjour, je m'appelle ...). They have been very open to learning a new language and have all been great risk takers in their learning, having a go at speaking in French and participating in class on Tuesday afternoons. Bravo à tous! 

We have been working on greetings and addressing people in different ways this term, and the grade 3-6 students have also been learning how to use online translators correctly. Below are some work samples from our talented students, showcasing their ability to use prior knowledge and online translators to translate French greetings phrases into English.
