Auslan Update

This term, students have commenced learning AUSLAN (Australian Sign Language) as their additional language.   Sessions take place on a Friday, with Miss Deane teaching the P-2's and Mr Lehane teaching the 3-6's.

So far, the students have learnt to sign the colours of the rainbow (and sign/sing 'I Can Sing a Rainbow'), sign the finger alphabet, sign their name, along with some simple signs such as 'stop', 'thank you', and 'please' etc.

More updates to come as we continue our Auslan journey!
