Student Pick-Up Arrangements

We ask parents/caregivers to ensure that pick-up arrangements for their child/ren have been made prior to the end of the school day.  For the safety and wellbeing of all our students we ask that they are collected promptly and to allow time for school traffic.

Dogs on School Grounds

Please be aware that dogs are not allowed on school grounds at anytime including drop off and pick up.

School Fees

School fees were sent via email last week. Due to a technical issue the early settlement discount was not displayed on the statements. If payment is received in full by 15 March 2024 a 5% discount of the tuition fee will be applied to those not receiving concessional fees.

We require a completed payment plan for every family to be submitted by no later than Friday 23 February 2024. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Neumann Liturgy

Next Tuesday, all students in Neumann will also be provided with a sausage sizzle in celebration of their faction. GF and vegetarian options are available - please notify your class teacher by Monday 26 February 2024. 

If you are available to help cook sausages from 11:30am on Tuesday 27 March 2024 please email admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au to let us know.

School Carpark

Access via the carpark gate and front pedestrian gate commences at 2:15pm daily for the safety of our students and we ask that parents not queue outside the gate prior to this time as this can cause access issues for contractors etc. 

Parents/caregivers who are parking to collect their children please do not arrive earlier than 2:15pm and to please use the bays with white lines. 

Queuing outside the school gates may incur fines from the City of Swan.

To alleviate congestion through the carpark and surrounding streets we ask parents to not arrive in the Kiss and Ride before 2:40pm as this prevents Pre-Kindy and Kindy parents/caregivers who need to park to collect their children from being able to access vacate parking spots. You may be asked to move out of the Kiss and Ride if you arrive before this time.

When exiting the carpark at drop off and pick up time please turn left only so that the flow of traffic is not interrupted.
