Year 12 Formal

The Year 12 Formal will be held this Saturday 24 February in the Main Auditorium of Brisbane City Hall from 7:30pm to 11:00pm. Doors will open at 7:00pm. Students can be collected between the times of 10:30pm and 11:00pm with supervision finishing at 11:00pm.

Students, partners, and parents, are invited to have formal photographs taken in the Toowong Room (outside the Main Auditorium), Brisbane City Hall before the Formal. Photos will be taken from 5:45pm to 7:15pm. Please remember to pre-register for photographs (refer to the previous communication sent).

Brisbane City Hall has advised that vehicle access on the night will be from the Ann Street entrance. Queensland Police Service will be on-site to assist with traffic flow. The driveway dimensions pose challenges, especially for longer vehicles. The narrowness of the driveway makes it difficult for these larger vehicles to navigate the turn safely.

Standard limousines and stretch hummers will be able to access the location from Ann Street, however, buses will not be able to traverse the driveway and exit safely due to size constraints. Buses will drop guests off on Ann Street.

On Thursday, the Year 12 students will be spoken to about college expectations and behaviour prior to, during and after the event by Mr Phill Holding, Pastoral Leader – Senior School.
