Free Dress Day

On Friday 24th May we will be having a free dress day at school.  You are able to wear whatever you would like on the day.

After talking with all of the classes, the SRC has decided that we will aim to raise $250 to adopt a platypus for the year.

The platypus is set to decline in numbers by at least 50% over the next 50 years. Our decision to adopt one will help fund rescue and research at the world-first platypus conservation facilities in Sydney and Dubbo. 

As part of the adoption process we will receive 

• Adoption certificate
• A framed photo of our sponsored animal
• A sticker of our sponsored animal
• The ‘Tales from the Wild’ supporter newsletters
• PLUS plush platypus.

The SRC will be running a competition to name our platypus once our adoption has been finalised.
