This award goes to Jackson for the effort he is taking to improve his work tasks and choices he makes with his friends. This award goes to Kaiden for his wonderful efforts in Writing this week! He is writing an information report about Tigers, including some very interesting facts. He is also working very hard on his handwriting and capital letters. This week he also passed Level 1 of MiniLit! Congratulations Kaiden!

This award goes to Ali for the great self-correcting he did during Reading this week. Ali independently worked out what some tricky words were and then reread the sentence to check it made sense. It was great to see you trying your best, Ali. Well done!

This award goes to Tom who made great use of his natural curiosity this week. He was a terrific contributor to class discussions, and he applied his knowledge to create an information report on Goldfish. He also displayed excellent listening skills. Well done Tom!

The award goes to Tyler for the outstanding effort that he put into his information report on ‘Apollo 11’. He independently researched key information that he could include in his writing. He wrote a well thought-out introduction, followed by 3 body paragraphs, each with their own text feature as well as a conclusion. Wonderful effort Tyler!
