Senior School Camp
Preparations are underway for the 2024 Senior School Camp. Camp this year will be at the CYC The Island Camp at Phillip Island. This is scheduled for Monday 13th - Wednesday 15th May 2024. Camp is a great experience for students' team building skills and personal and social capabilities of the Victorian Curriculum to be developed. As such, we regard this compulsory event to be a worthwhile experience for all students in Year 5 and 6.

Evacuation Drill
As mentioned in the last newsletter, we conducted an offsite evacuation drill to extend our emergency management processes. The drill was enacted well by our students for whom it was a new experience. Our staff also fulfilled their specific roles to allow for a smooth transition to Merinda Park Learning and Community Centre.
A lockdown or evacuation drill is mandated to be enacted every term as part of our compliance requirements.
