WALK SAFELY TO SCHOOL DAY - FRIDAY 10th MAY

"Walk Safely to School Day" is a fantastic initiative that advocates for pedestrian safety and promotes walking to school as an alternative to using cars or buses. This Friday, we aim to raise awareness about the advantages of walking to school and emphasize the significance of road safety for children.

This day presents an excellent opportunity to educate students on safe road crossing, using pedestrian crossings, following traffic signals, and staying aware of their surroundings while walking.

On Friday, our Student Wellbeing Leaders will be present to promote the event and distribute special stickers and tattoos.

JOIN OUR SCHOOL FAMILY - ENROLLING SIBLINGS & SPREADING THE GOOD WORD

As we approach Week 4 of this term, we are excited to extend a warm invitation to all families to become part of our school community. We believe that the strength of a school lies not only in its academic programs but also in the bonds it fosters among its students, teachers, and families. With this in mind, we encourage you to consider enrolling siblings of current students and spreading the good word about our school to your neighbours and friends.

We understand that word-of-mouth recommendations play a significant role in shaping decisions, especially when it comes to choosing a school for our children. Your positive experiences and insights about our school can be incredibly valuable to other families who are seeking the best educational environment for their children.

If you know a neighbour or friend who has a young child starting school next year, we encourage you to share your experiences and recommend our school to them. Your firsthand knowledge can help alleviate any concerns they may have and showcase the exceptional opportunities our school provides.

For families outside our school zone or those interested in learning more about what we offer, we invite them to organise a school tour. Our tours provide a comprehensive overview of our facilities, programs, and values. It's a great opportunity to see our classrooms in action, meet our dedicated staff, and ask any questions they may have.

CURRICULUM DAY - SAVE THE DATE TUESDAY 11 JUNE 

We're excited to announce that our next curriculum day will be following the public holiday of the Monarch's birthday. 

Please save the date for this special day of professional development and planning, which will be on Tuesday 11th June for all staff. 

Please note that students do not attend on this day. Families might consider an extended long weekend, and TheirCare will be available for bookings if needed.
