Inquiry Centre

Highlight
Selamat Siang,
It has been a festive and fun week in the Inquiry Centre!
Students were full of excitement as we continued practising for our Christmas Concert. Their hard work and enthusiasm paid off when they performed on Wednesday in front of the school community. We were so proud of the confidence, joy and teamwork they demonstrated on stage.
In Mathematics, students explored shapes using Geo-Stixs to build and identify a range of 2D shapes. They also began examining the features of 3D shapes, looking closely at faces, edges and vertices. It was fantastic to see them experimenting, problem-solving, and sharing their discoveries with their peers.
During Guided Inquiry and Writing, we began working on our information reports.
Students were given the opportunity to pick a topic they wanted to focus on — Communication, Toys & Games, Transport or Technology. They began researching their topics, gathering interesting facts and working together in small teams. They’ve enjoyed helping each other, taking notes, and learning how to organise their ideas.
Have a great weekend!
