WRAPPING UP 2025

On behalf of the P&F we would like to thank every family for contributing to the Parents & Friends Association.

If you have bought an icy pole, 2nd hand uniform, bought a fun lunch, raffle tickets or gave your time to help us we are so very grateful.

2025 has been a successful year and we are hoping 2026 will be bigger and better.   This year we raised a total of $20,000.  This is an amazing result which we are extremely proud of.  We are hoping to use these funds on some exciting upgrades and projects for the school.

Meet your new Executive PNF Committee

Our new 2026 team was voted in at our AGM on the 2nd December.  

Our Executive Committee is:

A huge thank you to our 2025 Committee who have worked tirelessly to make this year a success.  We want to wish all St Francis de Sales families a very Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year.

Do you want to join an amazing team?  

We are always looking for General committee members. You don’t need to attend meetings (but are most welcome to come).  Just join the chat to what is happening, contribute to ideas on ways to raise funds and create some fun or lend a hand where you can.

Uniform Donations Wanted! 👕👗

It’s time for a wardrobe clean-out! We’re calling on families to donate any clean, used school uniforms that are no longer needed. 

All sizes are welcome – every item helps another student.

Donations can be dropped off at the school office at any time. Thank you for supporting our school community and helping others get ready for 2026 and the rest of the year!

Icy Poles 

Every Friday we sell Icy Poles at first lunch The cost is $1 per icy pole 

We need volunteers who are available between 10:45 am -11:25 am to sell icy poles. Volunteers work on a roster system and we are very grateful for your time. If any parents are available on a Friday morning to assist, please email Sabrina atsfspfa@sfslynbrook.catholic.edu.au. 

Second Hand Uniforms 

The PFA run a regular Second Hand Uniform Shop every week, it will now be open every THURSDAY at 8.40am. These uniforms have kindly been donated by families who have moved away or when students have outgrown their uniforms. All items are $5. 

Working with Children Check 

All parent helpers need to have a valid Working with Children Check. You can apply for this online: 

https://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/ 

It is free to apply as a volunteer. Please make sure the school office has a copy of your Working with Children Check.
