Assistant Principal 

Congratulations to our Year 12 students who last week completed the final VCE exams for 2023. Their conduct and manner across the four weeks of exams was exemplary with the supervisors commenting on their courtesy, diligence and application during the exams. We now join with them in the wait for final results. We hope to see all of our students and their families at the Graduation Ceremony on the 18th of December.

Year 11 students last week were able to participate in their Year 12 Orientation Program. During the week students were provided with a head start to their VCE programs, completing introductory activities and gaining an insight into their subjects and the required preparation over the break. Students were encouraged to read their required English text books before returning to school next year, enabling them to use class sessions to unpack character and analysis of issues. Completion of the holiday work will also ensure the building of successful foundations to those school-based assessment tasks students will be completing early in the year.

I hope that all students in the Senior Years and their families have a happy and safe Christmas holiday break and take some time out to relax and enjoy the holidays.  

A huge thank you to Ms. Carmody, Ms. Bussell and the members of the Senior School Team for all of their support and guidance of our remarkable students in Years 11 and 12 this year.
