Each week we celebrate the amazing achievements and successes of our students. These awards are an acknowledgement of their hard work, resilience and determination to do the very best they can!

The below students will receive their awards during next week's assembly.

Assembly will be held on a Wednesday morning at 9am in the amphitheatre (weather permitting) or the BER gymnasium.

Attendance Awards

Due to the change over to XUNO there unfortunately isn't an Attendance Awards this week. Next week there will be two awards, one for this week and one for next week.

Congratulations to the following students who have received a 'Student of the Week' award.

Mariam	Brainy Bees - FJ10	Working hard in class time to complete her work. Mariam takes responsibility over her learning and ensures she tries her best in tasks. Mariam is also always willing to help her peers and shows great whole body listening skills. Keep up the great work Mariam!
Abid	Confident Crew - 1R6	Showing Resilience and Responsibility for his learning during Maths sessions by working hard to problem solve and share his thinking.
Mia	Powerful Pride - 1J7	Trying her best and challenging her mathematics thinking to show Responsibility for her own learning.
Grace	Persistent Pod - 2P11	Always showing Responsibility by demonstrating active listening, helping her friends learn and clean up without anyone asking.
Aria	Hard Working Hive - 2B12	Striving to achieve her personal best in all areas of her learning. Aria has worked hard to produce an excellent persuasive writing piece using paragraphs and persuasive language.
Winston	Dream Team - 3B14	For his amazing efforts in writing. Your Haiku poems have been brilliant. You are a very talented writer, Winston. Well done!
Steffy	Creative Crew - 3T16	Building strong relationships with her peers. Steffy offers to play with others, she ensures everyone feel included, and asks if her peers are okay, and always bringing positivity to the classroom.
Harriet	Talented Team - 4C15	Her wonderful thoughts and insights she has put into her work this week, particularly during out mentor text sessions. You have really been striving for your personal best and have been putting in 110% into every task. Well done!

Specialist Awards

PERFORMING ARTS

Winston - Dream Team - 3B14

For demonstrating growth and resilience during Performing Arts this week. You worked well with your classmates, accepting the things you could not change with determination and a growth mindset. You took your role in the class dance seriously and showed initiative. Well done Winston!

STEAM

Maddie - Persistent Pod - 2P11

For being a pro-active learner. Maddie shows initiative by seeking information herself and using classroom resources to help her understanding. Maddie asks lots of questions and eagerly participates in class discussions.

KITCHEN GARDEN

Ivy-Snow - Dre - 4R13

For expertly planting and caring for the new seedlings in The Patch. Ivy-Snow demonstrated good technique, and was gentle and respectful of the delicate seedlings. Thank you Ivy-Snow!

TheirCare Award

Flynn, you have had the most amazing week. You have really turned a corner with your behaviour, and have been an absolute blessing this week. You have been kind, helpful, considerate, and responsible. I am SO beyond proud of the way you have been the last 2 weeks now! PLEASE keep up the great work.
