Community Workshop

At The Wagga Wagga City Council

Last Tuesday, 8 students from the Enterprise in the Community workshop presented their ideas to staff at Wagga Wagga City Council (WWCC). Mason, Tyler, Maddy and Tanish present Genzee, an innovative artificial intelligence application that allows young people to have a voice and communicate with Council their ideas regarding youth projects and initiatives. Noreena, Ida, Emily and Charlotte presented to the Council their idea for 'Sip and Save.' A keep cup library that allows consumers of The Brew to utilse and return eco-friendly keep cups, and at the same time advertise Wagga and the WWCC key messages.

Moving forward, WWCC is open to supporting a pilot scheme of 'The Brew' initiative. Congratulations to all students involved and thanks to Christine and Mel from WWCC for organising a stakeholder meeting for students to present these great ideas.
