BULLDOGS READ PROGRAM UPDATE
The Bulldogs Read Students were invited to take a tour of the Ballarat Library on Monday 5th May. After arriving, the library staff explained how the library worked and its purpose within our community. The students then took a tour of the extensive book collection and workshop spaces followed by learning how to search for books on the catalogue computer.
They also explored the library’s self-borrowing and return features. After receiving their very own library cards, the students spent some time selecting and borrowing books to take home.
Hopefully, we can use these books to write some excellent book reviews during our Bulldogs Read Sessions this term!
