Reading: Aim to read for 15 minutes each night at home.
Learning this week:
Unit of Inquiry: Our main unit of inquiry this term is Sharing the Planet. We are inquiring about recycling and how it impacts us and the world around us.
PAT Testing: our focus this week is completing our annual PAT testing, in the areas of Spelling, Reading and Mathematics. These will occur as a regular morning routine throughout the week. We will still have time for some regular writing, mathematics, and unit of inquiry lessons as well.
Swimming Week: We will be leaving for Waterworld at 12:30pm Monday through Thursday and are predicted to return to school by 2:15pm following the completion of our water safety sessions. Parents are welcome to attend the lessons at Waterworld.
