New Parent Portal

Next year we will be using a new portal for parent communication called nParent Portal. Our staff currently use nForma for at school for marking the roll and writing reports. These are linked portals that will allow easy access to a number of things.

From next year this portal will be available in an app. In the app you will be able to put in school absences from your child, book meetings, submit permission for excursions, view their attendance history, and access their school report. For now, the portal will need to be accessed via a website until the app is available for download.

We have trialled getting some 5/6 parents onto this new portal and we have discovered and actioned some teething issues. Once these are resolved we are hopeful that nParent will be an easy way to access everything you need at your fingertips.

We encourage parents to follow these instructions to sign in to the portal now so that we can start next year seamlessly using the portal. I have attached instructions on how to log on. If you do not have a child in 5/6 you will not see any forms or notifications yet, it is just a chance for you to log in and create a password. We will inform families when the app is available for download. Please read the instruction guide carefully and log in to have a look at the portal
