Term 3, Week 6

Dear Parents and Carers, 

What a fantastic Book Week we've had! It was a fun week for our students and teachers. Thank you to our parents for organising and preparing costumes for your children. The creativity and effort put into the costumes was inspiring, we have so many creative parents and I’m sure your children appreciated your efforts. Our parade is always a highlight and it was great to see so many parents attend our Book Week parade.

Each year we collect MACSSIS (Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools - School Improvement Survey) data from our teachers, students and parents. This data assists us in our growth and development as a school. Your participation in this survey provides invaluable feedback, helping us understand our strengths and areas for development from your perspective. Your feedback through MACSSIS is important in helping us create the best possible learning environment for your children. Here is some information regarding MACSSIS. Surveys will open on the 2nd of September and close on the 20th of September. More information will be sent via COMPASS next week.

Congratualtions to Mrs Dawood and her husband Roni and the safe arrival of their son Roman Yalda, who arrived on Friday 16th August at 2:28am. Both of are doing well and are soaking in every moment of parenthood. We wish them all the best as they embark on this wonderful new chapter of parenthood. Welcome to the world, Roman!  

Father's Day Breakfast:  Looking forward to seeing our dads at our Father's Day Breakfast next week.  Wednesday 28th August (Romero/Kolbe) or Thursday 29th August (Teresa/Samaritan).  

Our Father's Day Stall will be on Friday 30th August. All gifts are $5.00. Please send the money with your child and it is to be given to their classroom teacher.
