2024 Non-Government Schools Census
REMINDER: FRIDAY 2 AUGUST 2024 is Census Day.
There are no significant changes to the Census requirements for this year. Refer to the 2024 Census Checklist for detailed information available for this collection.
Clarity Learning Fair
Regina Menz, Justin Matthews and Geoff McManus will be presenting at this online professional learning about Armidale Catholic Schools work in improving student learning outcomes through evidence based practice. It will include a system and school overview. It is free to attend and you can register here

You may be aware that Booktopia Group Limited entered Voluntary Administration on July 3, 2024. Although they state that they are trading under the supervision of their Administrators, it would be advisable not to place any new orders with this Company. If you have current orders that you would like to follow up on, please contact the Finance Team as soon as possible.
Clarity Learning Week - Week 9, Term 3
We are looking forward to welcoming Dr Lyn Sharratt back to the Diocese in Week 9, of this term. The focus will be on “Instruction and Writing” and “Evidence of Impact’, and include learning walks and talks in schools. (See agenda here).
Schools are to choose the venue and dates that best suit their needs. The dates and venues for this Professional Learning has been arranged as follows:
- 17th & 18th September:
St Joseph’s West Tamworth- Time: Tuesday - 9am to 3:30pm & Wednesday - 9am to 2pm

This professional learning is for the Leadership team members of your school, however Principals may choose to invite additional staff members. Costs for leadership team members to attend these sessions will be met by Armidale Catholic Schools Office. For any additional staff attending, costs will need to be met by the school.
All staff attending need to complete the registration form (see links above) by no later than Friday 23rd August.
Unisuper
Unisuper are hosting three sessions to bring interested employees up to speed on the changes to insurance.
The sessions will cover a range of topics, including:
- an overview of insurance enhancements
- the claims process, insights and trends
- rehabilitation and return to work services
- how UniSuper members and their families can benefit from 360Health.
