Year One - Spotlight on Learning
Dear Families,
This week has been filled with exciting activities for our students! They kicked off the week by connecting with their new Year 6 buddies and explored the inspiring life of St. Mary of the Cross MacKillop, embracing her teachings on addressing her saying 'never see a need without doing something about it'. In Mathematics, the students designed their own Olympic games, including planning the rules, resources, and scoring systems. It’s been a week full of creativity and learning, and we look forward to sharing more of their experiences with you!
Warm regards,
The Year One Community
