Student Celebration
U14 Boys Rugby Team
Congratulations to our U/14s Boys Rugby team who have been crowned state champions with a hard fought 16 - 10 win over Manor Lakes P-12 College. The current and reigning Cameron Smith & Cameron Munster Shield champions put on quite a display during the state finals with convincing wins over multiple sporting academies. The squad almost completed a sweep of the entire tournament as they only experienced one loss. This team exemplified the Staughton spirit and did their peers, families and clubs proud. The team showcased a positive mindset, adaptability, great communication skills and exceptional leadership throughout the tournament. Their biggest highlight however, did not come on the field, but off it, as their humility and respect for their opponents was on full display. To conclude the finals, Staughton College and Manor Lakes College joined together to congratulate each other before they concluded the tournament in prayer.
