Principal's Report

Dear Parents and Carers,

I am delighted to introduce myself as the new Principal of Staughton College. As I step into this role, I am excited to share my vision and commitment with you. I believe in the transformative power of education—not only in shaping academic success but in helping our students grow, develop a love for learning, and acquire the skills and values they need to thrive in life.

My vision for Staughton College is to create a warm, inclusive environment where every student, regardless of their background, can excel. I am committed to ensuring that each student feels valued, supported, and encouraged to do their best. Our diverse community is one of our greatest strengths, and I aim to celebrate and uplift the unique contributions that each student brings.

I have ambitious goals for our school. Together, I believe we can exceed expectations and foster success academically, socially, and emotionally.

Building strong partnerships with parents and carers is essential to achieving this vision. When families and schools work together, students flourish. I value open and honest communication and look forward to working closely with you to provide the best possible experience for our students.

As we begin this journey together, I am enthusiastic about the future and the positive impact we can make on our students' lives. I am committed to working alongside you—teachers, staff, students, and families—to ensure that Staughton College continues to be a place where everyone can learn, grow, and succeed.

Having lived and worked in the Melton area for over 12 years, I feel deeply connected to this community. I look forward to meeting those of you who may not yet know me and reconnecting with familiar faces.
