Student Intentions for 2025

As we made our second round of offers at the end of last week, we are now looking at our student numbers for next year.  

 

On Monday, all current students in Years 10 and 11 should have received an email with a link to a 2025 Student Intentions for Harvey Ag College Form. Please click on this link and complete the form by Friday 9th August.

Students who request to change their status from a Day to Boarding will be placed on a request list.  Offers into Boarding will depend on total numbers and female v male.  We will try to accommodate requests in any way we can, but we cannot guarantee this will happen. 

 

School Photos

Thank you to everyone for ensuring their child wore the correct school uniform last Monday for the school photos.  

 

We had a large number of students who did not have a school tie or green class jumper. This is a mandatory uniform requirement.  Students require a tie and green jumper when competing at shows, attending Dowerin/Muresk, Year 10 Dinninup Show, school photos, Graduation Day (for all years) and other College activities.  

 

The green jumper can be purchased directly from Work Clobber and the student tie can now be purchased for $34 through the front office. Please ensure that your child has ALL the College uniforms. 

 

A link for the school photos will be supplied to the parents once 3P Photography has finalised the photos, allowing parents to download and print them at their own cost. Alternatively, information will be emailed to parents if they wish to order a pack through 3P Photography. 

 

Accounts

Account statements were emailed at the end of last term.  The outstanding amount owing on your statement needs to be finalised immediately unless you have a formal payment arrangement in place. 

 

Please note the Education Department Policy:

Failure to clear all outstanding fees from Year 10 or Year 11 will result in residency being denied at the commencement of the following year.

 

Year 12 Students

Any Year 12 account that is in credit will be refunded to you after graduation.  Please note that personal projects must be paid for before leaving the College premises.

 

2025 Student Fees

The schedule of Contributions and Charges, including both College Charges and Boarding Fees, will be emailed to you next term, along with the 2025 Booklist and the computer requirements.

 

College fees are set by the College Finance Committee, which determines any necessary changes. The School Board has the final approval of these charges.
