Year 2/3

In religion we have been learning about the liturgical season of Lent and and the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Some of our classmates will be making this Sacrament for the first time early next term.

We have been listening to stories from the Bible about people who have made poor choices in the past but have come to know Jesus and have mended their ways. We have been considering the choices we make in everyday life and how we can better make “loving choices” as opposed to “non-loving choices”. 

We have been responding to these Scriptural passages through artwork, drama and writing tasks depending on our individual preferences.
