Library

For my newsletter piece this week, I just wanted to take a moment to say how much Diana will be missed. It’s hard to believe she is retiring—it really feels like the end of an era. While we’re all excited for her and what’s ahead, it’s definitely bittersweet.
Looking back on Diana’s time here, it’s amazing to think about how much of a difference she’s made, specifically to our library, with new shelving, furniture that actually matches and new resources, which has helped all students find a love of reading and discovery because of the environment Diana helped build. This has all helped make the library a place where kids truly want to be.
So, Thank you Diana, for your leadership, your kindness, and the way you’ve always made people feel heard and valued. You’ve helped shape something really special, and your legacy will definitely live on.
Wishing you nothing but happiness in this next chapter—may it be full of fun, adventure, and maybe a few good books too!
