Student Voice

This term, Student Voice will focus on reflecting on the highlights of Term 1. Below, students have shared their favorite moments, achievements, and experiences from the term, celebrating their successes and discussing what made their learning meaningful. 

My highlight of the term has been doing learning activities on my BYOD. I have learnt how to do things on Microsoft Word and how to use the camera. - Akith 3J

My favourite part of Term 1 was Healthy Harold because we got to dance. - Avni 2S

This term I liked Buddies Day because there was lots of fun activities. I also liked Health Harold, phonic and doing some teddy bear craft. - Dhaani 2J

Writing and publishing our Pig the Pug picture story books was definitely the highlight for my this term! - Grace 6S

This term, I enjoyed the Sports Carnival because I liked playing Bocci. - Harper 4A

My highlight of the term has been doing crafts, like making an Easter bonnet for a classmate, and playing with my friends. - Vimal 3J

My favourite subject is Performing Arts because we get to use musical instruments. - Edward 2S

My favourite thing to do this term was going to see Healthy Harold because we got to pat him and we got to watch some videos of him being healthy with his friends. The Police visit was great because we got to have a photo with the police car. - Sander 2J

I enjoyed learning about Hyperboles because they were kind of hard but fun at the same time. - Mikayla 4A

The highlight of my term was the Immigration Speaking & Listening class presentations. - Zachary 6S

My highlight of the term has been doing a cultural research project in Concept. I liked researching information about a celebration and typing it up. - Olivia 3J

This term I liked having Mr Lowther as a preservice teacher in our classroom. - Samuel 6S

My favourite thing this term was Buddies Day because the activities were so fun! I liked making an origami dog. - Erica 2J

In Reading I loved choral reading because it helped improve my reading. - Aarna 2S

My highlight of the term has been learning about subtraction in Maths. I learnt how to subtract negative integers and do vertical subtraction. I also liked spending time with my friends outside. - Calvin 3J
