Principal Reflections

Dear Parents and Carers,
As the term draws to a close, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and partnership throughout what has been another busy and successful period this term at St Edward's School.
I have been so impressed by the dedication and enthusiasm of our students, the commitment of our staff, our parent community and the strong collaboration we share with you. This term has seen our student be successful in a number of ways from school and diocesan sporting events, classroom assessments and through being actively involved in our community. These achievements are a testament to the collective efforts of our entire school community.
I hope your children have enjoyed their learning this term and are looking forward to a well-deserved break. I wish you all a restful and enjoyable holiday period, filled with quality time with family and friends.
School Facilities Upgrade
We are looking to improve our outdoor facilities at the Primary Campus. To gain some momentum and excitement in our students, I have created a fun activity for any student to complete if they wish. This is voluntary and simply a little bit of fun. Please see the link to the PDF worksheet below and I look forward to receiving some wonderful work samples from our students.
Cross Country Congratulations
Congratulations to our incredible Cross Country team who competed at the Diocesan Trials yesterday! Your dedication, teamwork and comradery was evident as you represented our school with pride. I am so impressed by your collective efforts and sportsmanship on the course. Thank you for making us all so proud!
Happy Easter
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, may Easter be a time for us to pause, to gather with our families, and to truly experience the joy of the Risen Lord. As we celebrate this sacred time in our liturgical year, we also remember those less fortunate and extend our hands in charity and compassion, embodying the love that Christ so freely gave to us.
On behalf of the St Edward's School community, I wish you and your families a blessed and joyous Easter filled with peace, love, and the radiant light of the Risen Christ.
May the blessings of our Lord be with you all.
Keep smiling,
Alison Hatton
