Over the past two weeks, our campus has been alive with focus, resilience, and a whole lot of HEROIC energy. More than 500 students across Years 3, 5, 7, 9, and 10 participated in NAPLAN, Minimum Standards Testing, and Academic Testing. It’s been a busy season of learning—and what a phenomenal effort it’s been!
In every test, our students brought forward the HEROIC values that define our School—showing resilience, positivity, and a commitment to doing their best. These tests, while important, are just one part of the bigger picture—and our students tackled them with enthusiasm and maturity beyond their years.
A special shout-out goes to our Year 3 students, who took part in their very first round of NAPLAN. Their positivity and determination set the tone for an incredible introduction to academic testing—well done, Year 3!
While these tests provide useful data to guide our teaching and learning, we know they don’t tell the whole story. What matters even more is the way our students approached each task—with grit, growth, and personal best. That’s where true learning shines.
As we wrap up this assessment period, we want to thank our students, families, and teachers for the shared commitment to continuous growth. We are so proud of the HEROIC efforts shown in every test, every moment, every day.
Here’s to the journey ahead—together.
