Learning in Grade 5!

Wow, we can't believe it is already the end of Term 1! We have fit so many things into our last few weeks and have consolidated lots of awesome learning.

In English, we wrote and illustrated storybooks about our lives so far and reflected on what we might like our future to look like. We became Number Fact superstars in Maths, focusing on our times tables, fact families and missing number equations. Wellbeing Week was a hit with wholesome activities including writing and sharing kindness notes that celebrated each other's character strengths.

We ended our fantastic government unit, Voices of the People, with a scavenger hunt! 5B created questions about the content for 5A to answer before being given the next clue. What a fun way to showcase our learning!
