Division Basketball

Last Friday our Year 5/6 Boys Basketball team competed at the Knox Division finals at the State Basketball centre. It was a pleasure to watch our boys show their stuff on the court, displaying some outstanding passages of play as well great teamwork and high sportsmanship. 

We lost our first game; however it was great to see the boys stay positive and not drop their heads for the rest of the day, winning our final 3 games by an average winning margin of 20 points, finishing in 3rd place overall. 

Thank you to coaches Michael and Carly for not only coaching on the Division and District days, but for also taking the time to run training sessions during school time to help our students improve.
