GTAC EXCURSION

GENE TECHNOLOGY ACCESS CENTRE (GTAC)

Mr. Ellison’s Year 10 CSI elective class and Mrs. Witton’s Year 10 Science Class went to Gene Technology Access Centre (GTAC) in Melbourne on Monday to solve an environmental crime. 

Building on the forensic skills they have learnt in class, students were able to use real-world applications of science and critically analysed the forensic evidence provided to investigate the crime. 

Some great super sleuth skills were learnt throughout the day. Well done Year 10.
