MT BAW BAW HIKE

Under ideal weather conditions, students from the VCE Outdoor and Environmental Studies program participated in a bushwalking excursion at Mt Baw Baw National Park and Alpine Resort. The day’s objectives included safe trip planning in alpine environments, map and compass navigation, teamwork, problem-solving, and an exploration of the environmental impacts and management strategies employed by both Parks Victoria and the Mt Baw Baw Sustainability Committee.
